Hurricane Ida: Patient Information

To all of our existing patients and those in need of Physical and Occupational Therapy services, we apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced following Hurricane Ida. Many if not all of our lives have been impacted. During the initial days following the storm, all 15 Physiofit locations were forced to shut down due to a lack of power and unsafe road conditions.

We are pleased to announce that a number of our locations are now open for patient care –

Clinics locations currently open to care for our patients:
Slidell, New Orleans, Destrehan, Covington

Clinics anticipated opening as of Monday, September 20:
Raceland
Galliano

We will be reaching out to all active Raceland, Larose and Galliano patients to offer appointments at these 2 locations, or Telehealth for those with access to internet and unable to travel. Please call Galliano at 985-475-4555 or Raceland at 985-532-9662 at this time.

Alternatively, you may call 844-895-4439 or email CentralSchedulingTN@bmrp.com, and we will be able to assist you with providing a local clinic that can ensure your treatment is not interrupted

Clinics temporarily closed:
Our Larose and Lafourche-based clinics and our associates were severely impacted by Hurricane Ida. In addition to the loss of power and means of communication, we suffered significant damage to our buildings and homes.
